What our forms collect
When you ask for a demo, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name, company, company website and work email
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- Roughly how many customer questions you get each month
- Anything you write in the notes box
- The numbers you entered in our 10x calculator, if you chose to send them
We don't use cookies for tracking, and this site has no advertising or analytics scripts.
What we use it for
Only two things: building your demo, and contacting you about it. If you give us a phone number, we use it to call you. We don't send text messages.
To build your demo, we read the public pages of the website you send us. Manuals and private documents are only added later, at setup, if you choose to share them.
Who else handles it
Our website and forms are hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and delivers them to us by email. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we're talking about working together. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Deleting your information
Email nolan@thirdshiftsupport.com and ask us to delete what you sent. We'll delete it, including your demo, and confirm by email.
